How do I unsubscribe from Scotsman.com email?

You can sign up for and unsubscibe from any of our email services through the Email preferences page. Simply log in with your email address and password, then tick (to sign up) or untick (to unsubscribe) the mailing list boxes, and then press "Save preferences".

My Hotmail account is not receiving email from you. Why not?

Due to recent changes to the security settings within MSN Hotmail, email that we send to you may be delivered to your Junk Mail folder. Additionally, it is possible that your Junk Mail folder is then being automatically emptied. To ensure that this does not happen, please consider the following steps:

  • Add the domain "@scotsman.com" to your safe list.
    (Options - Junk E-Mail Protection - Safe List)
  • Set your account's Junk E-Mail Protection to "Deliver to Junk E-Mail folder and delete later".
    (Options - Junk E-Mail Protection - Delete Junk E-Mail)
  • Set your Junk E-Mail Filter to "Enhanced" (and not "Exclusive").
    (Options - Junk E-Mail Protection - Junk E-Mail Filter)
  • Check your Junk Mail folder for any Scotsman.com email. Open one and click "Not Junk".

Your forms don't display correctly in Netscape, why not?
